The short answer is no, CBD is not the same as THC and will not get you high. It will help you to feel less anxious or more relaxed, less pain and less inflammation but it does not have the same effects as THC.

At Hedgewitch Herbals we strive to make our products sustainably, organically and vegan friendly. If any of our products contain beeswax (which is the ONLY non vegan product we use but we use our own beeswax from our much respected bees) we will make sure it is clearly visible.

CBD hemp is not the only plant that is healing or contains anti-inflammatory properties. arnica, plantain, comfrey, calendula, stinging nettle, jewelweed, st. john's wort and so many more help as well. when you combine them you have a powerhouse product that gives you relief quickly. Copaiba also contains high levels of a cannabinoid terpene called beta-caryophyllene aka BCP. This terpene interacts with your CB2 receptors to bring you relaxation but no high. Every ingredient in our products has been well researched and thought out to bring the most relief to you.

The short answer may be that they are only using one plant in their products, it also may be an isolate vs a full spectrum product. The product and how it's made are important. What strin of hemp was used? What strength etc? We cannot answer this specifically but we can say that this is the reason why we used a variety of plants, we use organically grown and prefer our plants to come from small growers who truly care.
